Went to a club called Family...it was a Ladies Night Event...Went to Eve's place then walked to Paul's place and when we got there...Ken was drunk! They drank port at his place. Decided to catch a cab to the club and the cab driver was hilarious man...asking him, "how fingers do i have dude?" Haha...can tell he was afraid that Ken will either puke or piss in his car...haha and Ken was like cursing to anyone who calls him on the phone...terrible!

At the entrance of the club, some girls were selling glow sticks and braclets....obviously any smart girl will attack Ken as he was durnk...he was at the ATM machine and wanted to withdraw 40 bucks where he can't even press the buttons so i had to do it for him...then suddenly 2 girls come and started to hard sell their glow sticks....one of them took his 20 bucks and only returned him 5 bucks change and gave him a box of glows braclets...15 bucks man! Poor guy...got cheated of his money...who asked him to get drunk even before the party...

Yep...the place was like Zouk...had a R&B room which was super hot as if there was no air at all...then the main dance floor playing Trance & House music...left kinda early...shared a cab with 3 other people and the cab driver took us for a joy ride man...bloody hell! In the end cab cost us 35 bucks in total! Oh well...Paul Van Dyke will be at Family tonight...45 buckaroos! Not going...save my money....can see him back in S'pore...

Oh well...then kinda concludes last night.

Joanne, Janice & I had everything all planned out that we wanted to have for Vietnamese food for dinner with Eve and her brother, BUT when we were getting to leave, our college principal saw us and specifically asked us to go for dinner...someone also said they may take attendance so we foolishly went...formal dinner lasted for 3 hours and we were bored to death there!!!

We were hungry at 1st and had cup noodles, but who knows we had to go for formal dinner...hai...there goes our viet food...next time man!

Ok its the monday...nothing exciting...the usual...wake up early go to lectures...blah blah....

Set out to The Valley to visit the French Film Festival for our group assignment...then headed back to the city for some shopping...When we got to the french film festival it was not as what we had in mind, as when you think of a festival, there are suppose to be lots of people and have booths and stuff...but there was none...the place was in a small theatre and since we have a list of questions to answer...we just got a guy who works there to help us answer all...so now all we're left is just writing it out and presenting it in a poster...we ended up shopping more productivly in the city instead...haha

Then after all left, i was shopping alone for 3 hours cause i had to wait for Joanne...walked till my legs are aching...haha...headed down to Sunny Bank for dinner with Janice, her parents, Joanne and I...notforgetting bubbletea! Dinner was yummy and we headed to the asian supermarket and i bought soooooooo much stuff...haha...seaweed..."chu qian yi ting" and Nissin cup noodles...haha...also bought biscuits...haha...

Then went to a HongKong Bakery and bought "ji wei bao" and "bo lo bao"..."bo lo bao" was not nice...but the "ji wei bao" was ok...Sunny Bank is like a small chinatown but the unofficial one cause there already is a chinatown but alot of people go to Sunny Bank for food and stuff compared to the original chinatown...confusing eh...haha

Anyway just did laundry...kinda tired so will go and sleep...take care all!!! Miss ya!

Candice Ng!! I just had Krispy Kremes donuts!!!! Hahaha...envious? They were flown in from Sydney....yummy!!!

Janice's parents flew in from Sydney today and they brought Krispy Kreme donuts with them....it was good! How nice it is to stay just an hour flight away...i seem to see Janice's mum every week...which is good cause when i see her mum, its like seeing my mum...shes like family now...

Notforgetting, they knew that i am not feeling well and they bought me "Mei Cai Kou Rou", which i was craving for these days...Awwwwww...how sweet! Thank you Janice, Aunty and Uncle! They are all yummy! Now i know where my 6kgs come from...hahaha...but its all worth putting on the weight...

Damn it man! I can't breathe since last night...have block nose...breathing hot air...head is spinning and i feel terrible. I have taken medicine but i feel miserable...got loads of work to do...research for projects and assignments and i have to go to a film festival on saturday...someone please kill me!

Nothing exciting though...had a tutorial in the morning for 2 hours where i was the only person wearing a jacket as i was cold caues i was not feeling well....eve came to college for lunch and headed off for lecture in the afternoon....not forgetting i also had an ice choc with a classmate...just had dinner and still feeling terrible...what a day!

YIPPIE! Mum called just now and told me that she may be coming over during the Easter break...YEAH!! If shes coming, will get her to bring all my stuff over...hahaha

Mum and Dad read my blog and Dad asked my mum, "How can Aileen find 6kgs to gain man..." Mum said theres something wrong with the weighing scale...i shall think that way too....hahaha to make myself feel better...

Had my tutorial for financial management at college today...eventhough its only for like 30-45 mins but it was kinda fruitful...cause i got to clear my doubts for any tutorial questions...

I'm trying to decorate my room by filling up my wall...so people send me stuff so i can pin on my wall...hahaha...

OMG!!!

I weighed myself for the 1st time i got here, like in the morning before breakfast and i gained 6kg!!!!!! I still can fit into my clothes...Janice said she put on weight too but I refuse to believe that its me...i keep telling myself that the weighing scale is spoilt....someone please kill me!!!!

Yohanna said she wants to weigh herself too...so the moment she stepped out fromt he bathroom, i asked hwe whether its the weighing scale's fault and she said NO!! Haha...so i seriously have gained 6kg! Cannot believe this!!! During breakfast, was talking to my neighbour, Janice and Yohanna. We were talking about what and what not to eat...the worst thing is for lunch today is Macaroni n cheese!!!!!! Arghhhhhhhhh....i need help man!! Everything that my neighbour doesn't eat i eat them and i keep snacking!! I know by snacking on junk food i can put on alot of weight, but back home i snack alot too but i still maintain...whats wrong with me!!!

Ok...i shall borrow Janice's skipping rope and start skipping...haha...if not i shall buy myself a pair of trackshoes and start jogging which i think will not happen...haha...ok if not i will go swimming!!!

I shall talk about other random stuff...like Janice is moving to my wing on Wednesday. Just helped her carry most of her stuff....it was hilarious on how we did it...that girl has so much stuff and she never packs them properly...hahaha...but it was fun!!! By the way...she owes me a meal...so Janice if you are reading this...i need food!!!

My tutor pronounced my name wrongly today!!! She was returning our tutorials and when she called out my name...she said..."Alien Tay" i'm like -_-''' I replied...my name is Aileen....she didn't even answer me...damn it! I hate it when people call me that...how embarassing!

Joanne says i'm pathetic cause i have no mail and i asked my parents to post me some stuff so that's gonna be my 1st mail...Joanne you're mean! Haha...anyway here's a picture of Joanne...

Ok...these were what we saw at the exhibition today...i was playing with this chihuaha(dunno how to spell)...sorry...she rolled over on her back and i rubbed her tummy...when i stopped, she begged for more...its soooooooooo cute!!! I really wanna bring her home but i can't!

Saw many many dogs...like husky...poodle...shar pei...greyhound...beagle...duschen...dalmation...lots more but i could not remember their names...there were reptiles, cats, fishes and birds...Sorry Candice did not see any Westie...was looking for it though...watched the dog shows too...

Later on we went to the South Bank Market...stalls selling different stuff...bought a few accessories and a pair of sunglasses...not forgetting i went to a beach!

The weekend is here for me!! Have no classes tomorrow so i have kinda the long weekend.

I emailed my lecturer on my draft of the paper i had to hand in next friday and she says its not answering the question. Damn it! So i have to rewrite another one...which i already had, can't believe that i am so efficient for the 1st time...hahaha...i'm doing fine now...feeling alot better.

Not forgetting, i had my financial management group meeting today after tutorial. My group has a smart guy!! I have no idea on what the question was asking so i have no idea on how to do the assignment, so wanted to go act pitiful and all...haha...but in the end i didn't have to, cause this guy seems to know everything!! He asked me, "How did you go with the questions?" So, i replied, "erm...you have to take this and add with that right? But i have no idea no idea whether its correct or not cause the question seem so confusing..." Then he said, "Oh yeah...you're on the right track...i was stuck there too at first..."

Haha..so i was like how stunned, cause i was actually trying to act like i know what he was talking...haha...but he explained to the group what was going on so it was good...hahaha...thank God for smart people around! Cause, the other time when i met up another 2 people from another group to discuss the assignment, we have no clue what was going on and we stared at it for almost 2 hours...hahaha...yep all is good!

Going for a party tonight with the girls. Well, i should at least enjoy myself for a bit since i have no school tomorrow and i shall do my tutorials tomorrow also. I will be fine, so mum and dad don't worry! I am big enough to take care of myself.

Will be going to some french film festival this weekend to do some project. Yep, so the workload is coming but I will try my best to handle and manage.

I asked the principle of the college today on whether they provide tutoring for financial management as you all know i suck at maths and need to have some help in order to pass...n also the tutoring fees are seem to be included in my semester fees for the college, so i might as well enjoy the facilities provided they have someone to tutor me that is. Yep, will make full use of it since its all been paid for...hahaha...typical kiasu singaporean!!

Oh well, its just a normal day...nothing exciting, but i'll blog tomorrow about the party...hahaha...

Didn't had class today so went to the library in the morning to borrow some books for my assignment. Emailed my lecturer whether i can writ on another topic and she says its not related but i can send her a draft and we will see how it goes. So i'm doing the draft out now...really hope she will accepts it so i aon't have to start from scratch...pls pls pls let it be ok!!

I have group meeting for financial management and i have no clue on how the assignment is to be done. My group members were saying its just simple calculation and i suck at maths hopefully they will understand that i don't know how to do it...i did try but still didn't get it...hai...

Everything seems to be so screwed up now...but i know its just temporary...it will pass...

Dad and sis called me today asking how i was...it was great to receive their calls but when i was talking to them, i was controlling my tears...i am not that homesick but its just that when i receive a call from home in times like this, i just can't contol myself but to cry. Seeing my mum sending me a message on my tag board means alot too...knowing that she is not so good with computers but she tries and gives me a message. I really appreciate what she is doing. Receiving messages from friends makes me cry too...cause i know i have people who cares for me...

Ok i will not give up! I will keep telling myself that!

Janice bought me a melting moment from the city today!! Soooooo sweet of her...thanks janice! I will eat it later in the night while doing my work...hopefully i can finish my draft tonight and hopefully my lecturer accepts it...i really don't wanna start from scratch again.

Thanks Joanne for giving me words of encouragement too...she told me to try my best and thats enough. I will do that! i just don't want to disappoint anyone cause many factors were considered of me coming to aussie to study so i will not give up! I will pass all my subjects and make all of you proud!

I have assignment dues next friday and the monday after next week. I am already starting to feel the stress. I know its only the 3rd week of school but its been a long time since i studied and now having to start all over again is kinda tough for me. Yes you may say that i'm weak...lousy or just useless. But i know myself best. I know this stage that i am going through now is just temporary and i will get use to it as time goes by but i can't even get through it now...i am the kind of person who stantly need people to be around me, i can't stand lonliness. Now, being so far away from home and have no one beside me when i need a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, its really tough for me.

I really want to be independent, strong and brave. I know i will be a better person after all of these and the road is long and tough and i have to persevere on...but thinking that i am such a cry baby or weak, i just can't help but to cry...i keep telling myself that i can do it and i really want to show everyone that i can!

There are times that i did think of giving up and going home but i will disappoint not only my family but everyone who cares for me and i will disappoint myself. I just want to get this over and done with so i can go back home for the holidays!

Thank you Jinde for always listening to me, hearing me cry and constantly giving me words of encouragement. These small little actions means alot to me. Thank you Janice. Joanne and Eve for always being there for me when i need someone to talk to, cry with or just have a laugh with. You guys never fail to brighten my day...just by seeing you makes me happy.

I will be strong! I will perservere! I will not give up! I'm sorry if i disappoint any of you in any way but i will keep on trying my best!

Sorry mum and dad for not telling you all cause i don't want you to worry about me. I will keep on trying, i will not give up so easily! I know i never say this but I just want to say thank you for all that you have done for me and I love you! I really cannot wait go back and see you again! Notforgetting my wonderful sis who is always there for me, i really want to be like you, be independent and not be afraid of anything. You are always my role model and i admire you in every aspect. Thanks!

Went to the city wif Joanne today...purpose is to find her navy blue pants but we could not find it anywhere...haha and we ended up buying other stuff...but its all good deals...bought 2 winter tops...get ready for winter...haha even though its soooo hot here....other stuff too...heehee

We went and had pancakes for lunch!! They are sooooo good! The moment you step in, the whole place smells of maple syrups! They have so many varieties of pancakes...waffles...crepes and main courses! haha...i'm getting high...the drinks are not that expensive too...its so yummy!!! So hurry and come visit me!! Then i can bring you guys around and delicious food!!!
