Yes, i'm still sick...haven't been this sick in years...my fever doesn't seem to go away no many how many pills i pop...drank so much water that i'm so bloated and it still won't help...made an appointment with the doctor on friday...so theres nothing i can do from now till friday but to pop more pills...no matter how much i sleep still won't help too...cannot sleep well at night...keep waking up every 2 hours...

So afraid that i don't have time to finish my assignments and i don't want to get an extention as it will just delay everything...i want to get well! I will get well!

Damn those assignments...i will conquer you!

A whole bunch of us had steam boat last night and there was soooo much food! Jess and i went earlier to prepare and we only started eating at like 9 plus. The soup tasted good...used chicken stock, added in a whole chicken, dried scallops, carrots, radish and dried mushrooms....yum!

Yes, been clubbing again...hahaha...with the same bunch of Singaporeans...Went in at 10pm and stepped out only at 2 plus in the morning. Wanted to get some food to eat but some were tired so we headed to 7-11 to get instant noodles, sushi and hot dogs instead. The music was kinda good but after a while it got a little boring, but yeah love the company! Its the people who always make the event special!

The most happening festival is in Brisbane! Its called Ekka! Don't ask me what it stands for and its meaning...no one knows! Hahaha...its a HUGE funfair! Those so called funfair in Singapore is nothing compared to this! This is like 10 times the size of the National Stadium back home and there are sooooo much food to eat....soooooo much stuff to play and sooooooo many things to see! Unfortunaltely, i did not win any toy from playing those games and theres a big big hole in my wallet now!

Spent the day with Jul and Jess and we walked till our legs are gonna break but its a definitely must go event!

Half way through our boring lecture, our lecturer asked us to play this game by telling us to draw stuff. So these are Jess's and my pictures.

Interpretations are as follows:

House - the more settled are you in your current environment, the more details of the house u would have.

Tree - Again, the more detailed it is.. like indicating branches and leaves, the more closer friends u have.

Moutains - the more the gentle is the moutain, you tend to go with the flow. if it's steep, you often meet crisisriver - from the flow of the water. if the flow is frm top to bottom u let life lead u. if it's horizontal, u have some control of life. if it's bottom to top, you take full control of ur life.

Sun - the bigger the size of the sun prop. to the pic, the more energy u have. if u have huge rays emitting, u like sharing ur energy.

Snake - It represents your sexuality. The more twists and turns that your snake has, the more sensual you are. 0_o Interesting eh!

*PS: as you can see from Jess's picture, her snake looks like a worm! So i was laughing like crazy when i saw it...hahahaha...

I have so many thoughts running through my head...have no idea why but whenever i have the spare time, i will start thinking about stuff. I have no idea whether its a good or a bad thing too.

I will think about my future, like my job, what kind of life will i lead and as a person, will i grow to be a better person. Then, i'll think about Jinde and i. What will become of us? Will there be a forever and ever, even though both of us wants it that way. We can't tell what the future holds, but we do wish it could be forever. I have also been thinking about the past, like the things i did, what have i done wrong, so i can change and repent on my mistakes.

Life is just so unpredictable. Why can't life be sweet? Why can't life be a box of all my favourite chocolates? Seriously, i don't have confidence in myself for doing anything. Why can't i make 2 sides happy? Why must there be unhappiness? When people tell me they are happy, i really am happy for them. When people are feeling down, i will lend a listening ear and give whatever advice i have, even though they may not be reliable...hahaha

But when it comes to me, i don't know what to do. I feel lost at times that i just want to isolate myself but i cna't do that. I love people! I want to be there for someone and i hate being alone.

Where will i be in 5 years time?

What a way to celebrate Singapore's 41st birthday!!! A bunch of crazy Singaporeans got together on 9th August to have dinner and then coffee. All of us had fun and hope much more of these gatherings will come more often!

Incident 1:

Went to Familys on Thursday night and normally when you step into a club, the staff would have to give you a stamp on your hand right? This happened between a blonde staff and me.

Staff: Can i have your left hand please?
Me: *Gave her my left hand*
Staff: No, this is your right hand
Me: No, this is my left. *Showed her my right hand*
Staff: No! This is your left! The other one is your right!
Me: No, this is my left! *Turned my back and showed her where is my left hand*
Staff: Whatever! *Gives stamp on my LEFT hand*

How can i not know where is my left hand! Doesn't she know she has a mirror reflection! OMG!

Incident 2:

When travelling to a certain destination, we have to get bus tickets. So, Janice, Jess and I got return tickets to Sunnybank, which is in zone 4. The bus driver gave us tickets and we have to change a bus at the city, another bus driver have to check our tickets, so we managed to get to Sunnybank.

When we are leaving Sunnybank, the bus driver checked our tickets and he told us our tickets were wrong, which is not our fault, it was the bus driver at Uni's fault!

Bus Driver: You are in Zone 4, but your tickets said Zone 3

Me: Oh, we told the bus driver at Uni that we are going to Sunnybank and he gave us these tickets

Bus Driver: Yes, but your tickets says Zone 3 when you can see from the sign outside that it says Zone 4

Me: *Thinking to myself that yes i can read and i know we are in Zone 4* But we got here with these tickets and we didn't know these were wrong

Bus Driver: You have to understand the problem now, you have a wrong ticket and you should have the correct ticket!

Me: But we didn't know! Okay, nvm, we will pay the difference! How much?

Bus Driver: You have the wrong ticket! I don't know why also, but this is Zone 4, your ticket says Zone 3!

*Bus Driver attitude got worse! Being so terribly ride!*

Janice: Yeah, we will pay for the difference, how much is it?

Bus Driver: Yes! You do have to pay the extra!

Me: How much?!? We will just pay!

Bus Driver: $1.10

Me: Each?????

Bus Driver: YES!

Bloody hell! People here are dumb! He can tell me the problem soooooooo many times and Yes i know what is the problem, so provide me a solution already! Quit telling me the problem! AARRGGHH!! One mind track people!

A day well spent! Made new friends and with the company of old friends, made the day super sweeeeeeeet! Wish more of these kind of days will come more often!

Been jogging so much lately that my legs hurt. Therefore, Joanne had concluded that both of us has shin spleen. So, we have to stop any intensive exercise for 2 weeks, meaning i can't go jogging and i have been eating quite alot. This is not a good sign.

Anyway, went to Familys, a club in The Valley as they had a dance party last night. Jess, Eve, Ember, Ken, Gary and myself headed down. Met many familiar faces there and great to see friends from last semester. We made new friends as well...yeah!! We reached the club at 9.15pm, as it was free entry for ladies before 10.30pm, then we headed down to the Casino to buy some time. Ken and Gary played "Big Small" and the ladies just looked. Was kinda tempted to play but shall not waste my money.

At around 1, we left and had congee for supper. Tasted really good...yum yum! Then, Jess and I got sent home by 2 friends of Ken's, so we saved some money on cab fare.

Had a tutorial at 9am today and i managed to get up, when i slept at 3am! woohoo! Had a lecture at 10am and we left half way as it was too boring!!!

Ok, shall go and take a hot shower in a cold day to warm myself up.

Yes its a tuesday and nothing exciting happened the past few days.

Went for my Asian Cultures & Tourism tutorial today and it was kind of interesting. We had to form groups, which made out of 4 Singaporeans, 2 Aussies and 1 guy from PNG(Papua New Guinea) and our group discussed the difference between Singapore and Australia. As we were discussing, the guy from PNG started asking, "Do you guys have like more fanta flavours, cause we only have one in australia, which is orange." Hahaha...interesting eh...

After class, Jess and i headed down to the city again, as she wanted to look for a pair of boots. We had lunch at the Pancake Manor, which was still good...

Headed back to college for formal dinner and i'm blogging now...how exciting!

Oh well, hope there will be more exciting moments.
